E. Dealer and Credit Applications

If you apply to become a Sport Dimension dealer through the application on this website (hosted by Wix), or apply for credit terms through our online credit application (on DocuSign), we collect:

• Business identifiers: legal and trade names, entity type, year established, federal tax ID and resale permit numbers, and resale certificates you upload.

• Contact details for your business and its staff: names, titles, email addresses, phone numbers, and billing and shipping addresses.

• Information about how and where you sell, including websites and marketplace storefronts.

• For credit applications only: the names, home addresses, and phone numbers of owners or partners (for sole proprietors and partnerships), trade and bank references, the type and last four digits of a bank account, and the names and signatures of any personal guarantors.

• Signatures and any photos or documents you upload.

We use this information to evaluate your application, open and manage your account, set up online ordering, verify tax exemption, and apply our distribution policies. For credit applications, we also use it to make a credit decision, manage and collect the account, and enforce any guarantee; our credit insurer reviews your business’s credit, and we may contact the references you provide.

We share it only with the Sport Dimension staff who handle applications and accounts, our credit insurer and the references you list (credit applications only), and service providers that host our forms and run our accounting, ordering, and payment systems, including Wix (dealer application), DocuSign (credit application), Microsoft Dynamics 365 (accounting), Elastic (online ordering), and our payment processor. We may also disclose it when the law requires, for example in a sales tax audit. We do not sell it or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We keep dealer applications submitted on this website on our form platform (Wix) for 90 days after your account decision. Copies in our email and account records are kept while your account is open, and then as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. If we decline a credit application, we keep it and our decision records for at least 12 months.

The rights described in section 6 apply to this information. Section 7 explains how to use them.

 

F. Job Applicants

If you apply for a job through our Careers page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the position you are interested in, a link to your CV, and anything you tell us about yourself. We may collect more during the hiring process, such as interview notes and the references you give us.

We use this information to consider you for jobs, contact you about them, and meet our legal duties as an employer. It is seen only by the people involved in hiring and by our website host, Wix, and we may disclose it when the law requires. We do not sell it or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We keep job applications for 4 years after we receive them, as California law requires.

To protect your information, we verify requests by matching details you give us with information we already hold, such as your name, email address, phone number, or business name. For a copy of specific information, we may ask for more. If an authorized agent makes a request for you, we will ask for your signed permission and may ask you to confirm your identity with us directly.

We will confirm that we received your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you, and we may take up to 45 more days as the law allows.
